- Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management skills, scheduling, and coordination across multiple interior projects.
- procurement, vendor follow-ups, and timely delivery of materials.
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality control to ensure work meets design standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Relevant experience in interior or architectural project management, preferably within commercial or residential projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing knowledge and technical specifications.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with CAD or BIM tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
