Should be a good team player and lead the design team

Assign rack all design activities within the team on regular basis

- Attend all the pre-sales design meetings

Set costs and project fees according to budget

Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

Plan your existing customers meetings one day prior based on the recent meeting Schedule (overlapping of meetings has to be taken care)

Supervise daily design work progress

Daily reports should be submitted to you and the Management (from your Design team)

Design phase escalation need to be handled and take the sole responsibility

Need to do design review meetings with the team on a frequent basis (Quotations, designs, mood boards, color, sign-off documents etc)





Research and follow design industry changes, evolutions and best practices

Monitoring all the Clients groups on a weekly basis and make sure everything has been aligned as per the process

Initiate a quick response in all required aspect of design phase

You need to take responsibility, if any project goes on hold then you have to replace with a new project for that team member within timeline

Devise and take care of all the quotations redo, review in the design phase until the project goes to the Production
