Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and refining the overall salon environment to reflect the brand’s creative and holistic vision. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes planning layouts for client areas, workstations, and reception, selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings, and ensuring the space is both functional and visually cohesive. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with salon leadership, preparing design concepts and mood boards,



coordinating with architects and contractors, and reviewing construction drawings to ensure accurate execution.

The Interior

Designer will also oversee FF&E; specifications, support quality control during implementation, and suggest ongoing improvements that enhance client comfort, staff workflow, and brand identity.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetic salon environments.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with architectural and construction teams.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings to guide accurate build-out and fit-out work.
- Proficiency in FF&E; selection, including finishes, fixtures, and equipment aligned with brand standards.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Solid attention to detail, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage timelines and budgets.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and adapt to a creative, fast-paced salon environment.
