Customer Handling – Explain insurance plans, coverage, premiums, and claim procedures to customers.

Insurance Companies Coordination – Coordinate with insurance companies, agents, and brokers for quotations and policy issuance.

Claims Management – Assist customers in claim registration, documentation, survey, and settlement.

Team Management – Guide and monitor the insurance team to achieve monthly targets.

Renewal Follow-up – Maintain renewal data and follow up with customers before policy expiry.

Documentation – Ensure accurate policy documents, customer records, and KYC details.

Target Achievement – Monitor insurance revenue, conversion ratio, and team performance.

Dealer Coordination – Coordinate with Sales, Service, CRM, and Accounts departments.

MIS & Reporting – Prepare daily/monthly insurance sales, renewal, and claim reports.Role & responsibilities
