Lane is looking for a strong Instructor Acquisition / Partner Acquisition professional to help us build and scale our instructor network in Bengaluru.

We are looking for someone who is excellent at finding the right people, building relationships, convincing partners and driving onboarding/activation.

Relevant backgrounds could include

- Partner Acquisition
- Field Acquisition
- Vendor Acquisition
- Driver/Rider Onboarding
- Fleet Acquisition

Direct experience in trainer/instructor acquisition is a plus, but not mandatory. We are more interested in someone with solid acquisition and field-execution skills.

What you will own

- Identify and source potential driving instructors
- Build relationships with driving schools and local partner networks
- Drive field and telephonic acquisition
- Screen and onboard instructors
- Manage documentation and follow-ups




- Drive instructor activation
- Build local sourcing channels across Bengaluru
- Track and improve the complete acquisition funnel

What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and calling
- Kannada communication is mandate
- Strong ownership and target orientation
- Ability to work independently and build a network from scratch

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
