Job Title: Insolvency Executive – IBC & Professional Assignments

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, execution-oriented Insolvency Executive to support a Chartered Accountant & Insolvency Professional handling CIRP, liquidation, bankruptcy, and other IBC assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end execution of CIRP, liquidation, bankruptcy, and IBC consultancy assignments
- Prepare and maintain claims, case records, chronologies, notices, correspondence, and other IBC documentation
- Review NCLT orders and identify action points, timelines, and compliance requirements
- Assist in preparing CoC/SCC agendas, minutes, presentations, and meeting material
- Conduct basic IBC/legal research and prepare working notes
- Assist in preparing applications, reports, annexures, and other documents under supervision
- Coordinate with advocates, consultants, creditors, and other stakeholders for information and follow-ups




- Maintain assignment-wise trackers, records, and data rooms
- Assist in claim verification, data compilation, and other project-based activities
- Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of practical IBC experience preferred
- Good understanding of CIRP/liquidation processes and basic NCLT procedures
- Strong drafting, documentation, research, and Excel skills
- Ability to read NCLT orders and extract actionable points
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership of assigned work
- Open to guidance and feedback; comfortable working under a senior professional
- Positive written and spoken English

Preference will be given to candidates with genuine hands-on IBC experience and strong execution ability over purely theoretical knowledge. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
