Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Kochi.

The Inside Sales

Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into customers for various client projects. Daily tasks include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, conducting product or service presentations, and following up with potential customers to move opportunities through the sales cycle. The role also involves closely tracking customer interactions in CRM tools,



collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing timely feedback on campaigns and market trends.

A key part of the position is ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional communication standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Inside Sales skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation activities such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up to drive conversions.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and build long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with explicit articulation and active listening abilities.
- Experience working with CRM or sales tools, and comfort with basic computer applications.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and adapt to varied client requirements.
- Prior experience in a call center, BPO, or sales environment is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate effectively within a diverse, multicultural team.
