Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly driven and energetic Inside Sales Expert to join our Sales team. This role is the primary engine for converting cold outreach into clinic walk-ins and consultations.

This role sits inside the Sales team and is the primary engine for turning cold outreach into clinic walk-ins.

The Inside Sales Expert spends the majority of the day on the phone — 100 outbound cold calls, every day — and must sustain energy, warmth, and persuasiveness on call number 100 the same as call number 1.

Calling & Conversion:

- 100 outbound cold calls per day from the assigned lead list
- Convert cold calls into booked walk-ins / consultations — this is the primary KPI




- Follow the CLP calling script/SOP for pitch and objection handling
- Meet weekly/monthly walk-in targets set by the Sales Head / HOD

CRM & Reporting:

- Log every call and outcome in Zoho CRM the same day — no exceptions
- Report call volume and walk-in numbers as required by the Sales Head / HOD
- Escalate lead-quality or script issues promptly rather than pushing through them silently
