Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective learners.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

Counsel leads through the course, benefits, pricing, and career outcomes.

Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Handle objections related to pricing, course value, timing, and decision-making.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth pre-sales experience.

Coordinate with Customer Success and Operations teams wherever required.

Track daily activities, conversions, and pipeline performance.

Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–5 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, BDE, or Business Development.

Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely.

Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.

Prior experience in EdTech or selling educational/training programs is an advantage.
