Infygain Technologies is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle lead generation, customer communication, product/service presentations, follow-ups, and sales conversion. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our software solutions, ERP/CRM products, and IT services and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business leads.

- Handle inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements.

- Explain Infygain Technologies' software products, ERP/CRM solutions, and IT services to potential customers.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Maintain and update lead and customer information.

- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the technical/sales team.

- Prepare and share quotations and follow up until closure.

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

- Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.

- Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and sales performance.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, telecalling, business development, or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.

- Confident in making outbound calls and handling customer enquiries.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.

- Ability to understand and explain software products and IT services.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and business solutions.

Preferred Languages

- Tamil and English – Required

- Knowledge of Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
