Key Position Details:

- Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office)
- Experience: 1 – 5 Years (B2B / IT Sales preferred)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
- Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head

What You Will Do: · Prospecting & Lead Gen: Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email automation, and multi-channel strategies.

· Consultative Pitching: Engage prospective B2B clients and pitch enterprise IT services—including Web Application Development, ERP, CRM, Cloud, and AI-driven solutions.

· Deal Qualification: Identify client pain points, qualify leads, and schedule strategic meetings for senior field sales leadership.

· Pipeline Management: Maintain high-precision CRM records (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho) and manage rigorous follow-up schedules.

· Goal Execution: Consistently hit and exceed monthly qualified lead,



meeting conversion, and revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For

· Core Experience: Proven track record in B2B Inside Sales, SaaS, or IT Services.

· Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach suites, and CRM systems.

· Domain Knowledge: Understanding of IT Infrastructure, software solutions, custom app development, and AI platforms.

· Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and consultative persuasion skills.

· Local Advantage: Market exposure in Pune or broader Maharashtra region is preferred.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
