KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to Australian customers to promote solar panels, battery storage, and other energy efficiency upgrades.

Educate customers on government and state-driven renewable energy incentives and rebates.

Identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM.

Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Prior experience in international outbound calling / voice processes (Australian market experience is a plus).

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.





A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.

Familiarity with renewable energy, solar, real estate, gas & electricity, or energy efficiency products is an advantage, though not mandatory — full training will be provided.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
