Role Description The Inside Sales Executive – EdTech role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with potential learners and institutional clients over phone, email, and online channels to present and promote EdTech products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, qualifying prospects, conducting product demos or presentations, and managing follow-ups to drive conversions.

The Inside Sales

Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging, and provide responsive customer service before and after sale. The role also includes meeting individual and team sales targets, sharing market feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing.




- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with experience in managing pipelines and using CRM or sales tools.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship-building.
- Relevant experience in EdTech, education services, or B2C/B2B sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze basic sales metrics, and adapt strategies based on performance data.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with proficiency in English and local languages as needed.
- Comfort with using digital platforms, online meeting tools, and MS Office or similar applications.
