- Operate injection moulding machines as per production requirements.

- Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.

- Load raw materials and ensure proper material feeding.

- Check mould installation, alignment, and basic machine settings.

- Monitor production during the complete cycle and identify defects.

- Inspect finished products for dimensions, appearance, and quality.

- Perform trimming, finishing, and basic post-production operations.

- Maintain proper production records and rejection reports.

- Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.

- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality standards.

- Report machine breakdowns, mould problems, or abnormal production conditions to the supervisor/maintenance team.

- Support mould changeover, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
