Job Overview

We're looking for an Infra Support Engineer to manage and support the Windows-based application infrastructure, IIS servers, databases, deployments, monitoring and CI/CD activities that keep Nural's products running. You'll work closely with our development and application teams to maintain uptime, troubleshoot infrastructure issues fast, and keep deployments smooth and safe a role with real ownership and a direct line of sight to the customers who depend on what you support.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Application Support

- Manage and monitor Windows Servers and IIS application environments.
- Perform application deployments and support QA, staging, and production environments.
- Manage server/application configuration and environment-related changes.
- Perform server health checks and assist with infrastructure maintenance. Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor server CPU, memory, disk space, services, and application logs.
- Troubleshoot issues using Windows Event Viewer, IIS logs, application logs, and server monitoring tools.

Investigate incidents and coordinate with development, database, network, and other technical teams for resolution. CI/CD & Deployments

- Manage and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Work with developers to troubleshoot application and server-related issues.




- Maintain backup and deployment procedures and ensure protected deployment practices.

Database Support

- Perform basic SQL Server database troubleshooting and connectivity checks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SQL Server Agent jobs and scheduled jobs.
- Support database connectivity issues using SSMS.

Network, DNS & Security

- Manage and troubleshoot DNS and SSL/certificate-related issues.
- Work with Cloudflare and GoDaddy DNS configurations.
- Follow security, backup, access-control, and change-management procedures.

Documentation

- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

- 24 years of experience in DevOps / IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and IIS.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL Server and SSMS.
- Understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of Git/Git-based workflows.
- Understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, and Cloudflare.
- Experience troubleshooting server and application issues.
- Knowledge of PowerShell/command-line troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, ports, HTTP/HTTPS.
- Good problem-solving and incident-management skills.
