K G Somani & Co LLP is looking for a hands-on IT Manager to manage and support our IT infrastructure, applications, security, hardware, and day-to-day technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connectivity, and network troubleshooting.
- Handle Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and business applications, including Tally, SAP, Computax & Java-based applications.
- Manage IT security, antivirus, firewall, endpoint protection, backups, access controls, and system updates.
- Handle IT helpdesk, user support, onboarding/offboarding, and SLA management.
- Manage laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, IT assets, procurement, and AMC/renewals.
- Monitor the website, SSL, security, backups, and coordinate technical updates with vendors.
- Manage IT vendors, software licenses, renewals, procurement, and service contracts.
- Maintain IT SOPs, documentation, policies, asset records, and security processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technology upgrades.
- Support management with IT requirements, critical issues, projects,



and technology initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Infrastructure, or IT Administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, Windows, hardware, and IT security.
- Familiarity with Tally/SAP/Computax or ERP applications will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, vendor coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage IT operations and multiple priorities.
- Strong ownership and learning mindset.
