Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Information Technology Technician to manage and support the day-to-day IT infrastructure at our Siddipet location.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in networking, CCTV systems, computer hardware, software, and end-user IT support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows systems, software, drivers, applications, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving RAM, SSD/HDD, network adapters, and other computer components.
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 networks, VLANs, Access Ports, Trunk Ports, and Managed Switches.
- Configure and maintain Wireless Access Points, SSIDs, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network coverage.
- Troubleshoot LAN, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, gateway, and internet connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV/IP Camera systems, NVR/DVR, PoE switches, recording, storage, and remote viewing.
- Support Microsoft Office, email, browsers, PDF tools,



business applications, shared folders, and network drives.
- Provide user support and basic training on IT tools and cybersecurity best practices.
- Maintain IT asset records, equipment allocation, warranty, repair, device details, and network documentation.
- Monitor backups and assist with data restoration when required.
- Coordinate with ISP, hardware, software, CCTV, and other IT vendors.
- Support employee IT onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with antivirus, Windows updates, endpoint security, access control, and general IT security.

Required Skills

- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop/laptop support.
- Practical knowledge of L2 Networking, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, and basic routing.
- Experience with Managed Switches and Wireless Access Points.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, IP Cameras, NVR/DVR, and PoE networking.
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, network drives, backup systems, antivirus, and IT asset management.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT support requirements.

Qualifications

Diploma, Degree, or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Electronics, or a related field.
- Candidates must be willing to work full-time on-site in Siddipet.
