Influencer Marketing Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive fresher to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Intern. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, creator marketing, brand collaborations, and strong in negotiations.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

- STIPEND - 3k to 6k per month fits you
- Speak fluent Hindi and English
- If you CAN WORK from 10:30AM to 7:30PM full-time properly

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Scouting & Outreach

Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Conduct daily outreach to creators and build solid relationships & databases.

Negotiation & Onboarding

Negotiate collaboration terms with creators and brands.

Assist in onboarding influencers and managing partnership documentation.

Database Management

Maintain organized influencer and brand databases.

Campaign Execution & Content Oversight

Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution.

Ensure timely content delivery and adherence to campaign guidelines.





Content Support

Assist with content review and quality checks.

Ensure content aligns with brand requirements and campaign objectives.

Brand Sales & Client Acquisition

Support outreach efforts to brands and potential clients.

Assist in pitching influencer marketing solutions and partnership opportunities.

Flexible Availability

Be available to handle urgent campaign requirements and communication when necessary.

Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of social media platforms. Understanding of influencer marketing is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowing Bengali language is a plus.
