Role & responsibilities

1. Planning & Execution

- Support and implement the department's 531 planning based on OPS requirements and business strategy.
- Plan and coordinate production capacity and resource requirements.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of capacity plans.
- Analyze production capacity data and prepare improvement plans.
- Ensure effective use of available resources and production capacity.
- Support planning for new production lines, plant layout, and capacity requirements.

1. Capacity & Resource Planning

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the required resources are available.
- Monitor production capacity and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Support the effective implementation of capacity and layout plans.
- Improve overall capacity utilization and production efficiency.

1. Lean & Process Improvement

- Identify and reduce production waste through Lean Manufacturing methods.
- Improve production efficiency through process improvement, automation, and manpower optimization.
- Use Lean tools and TPM/IKW/SGA platforms for continuous improvement.
- Support process improvement and productivity improvement projects.

1. Cost Management

- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs.
- Support cost reduction projects and improve cost efficiency.
- Analyze Capex, Opex, and MOH data and support budget management.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost per cell and improve productivity.
- Follow up on investment budgets and ensure proper utilization.

1. Communication & Coordination

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve resource and production-related issues.
- Work with different departments to ensure smooth implementation of improvement projects.
- Use effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and achieve business goals.

1. Team Development





- Support training and development of team members.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Help build and develop team capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile Knowledge & Skills

- Good knowledge of production line layout, design, and optimization.
- Knowledge of production site improvement, including capacity improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standardized Work, Pull Production, and waste reduction.
- Knowledge of Intelligent Manufacturing and related improvement methods.
- Experience in project planning and management.
- Good understanding of production capacity planning and plant logistics.
- Ability to plan and coordinate production capacity, resources, and workshop development.
- Knowledge of TPM/IKW/SGA platforms and Lean tools for improving processes and reducing waste.
- Understanding of KPI structure, cost analysis, Capex, Opex, and MOH.
- Ability to analyze cost data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Positive communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with different departments and coordinate resources effectively.

- Knowledge of process mapping and improvement using VSM.
