About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and result-oriented Immigration Sales Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with experience in immigration/visa consultancy or a related sales industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as an able guide for clients seeking advice on Permanent Residencies, Work Permits, Citizenships, Spousal migration, investor migrations, and other related matters
- Conduct diagnostic consultations with prospective applicants to evaluate eligibility.
- Have a good hold on the subject of Australian PR, Canadian PR, UK migration, Germany Opportunity Card, and other such visas
- Handle leads and convert them into successful clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Understand clients’ immigration requirements and recommend suitable visa/immigration options.
- Explain the immigration process, eligibility criteria, documentation, and services clearly to clients.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth transition of clients after conversion.
- Stay updated on immigration programs, visa requirements, and industry developments.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, visa consultancy, or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Candidates with experience in immigration sales will be preferred.
