About the Role

CanStudy Global is looking for an experienced IELTS Teacher to provide classroom training at our Namakkal office. We are seeking someone with excellent English communication skills, strong knowledge of IELTS Academic, and a proven ability to help students improve their scores.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Assess students’ English proficiency and prepare lessons suited to their needs and target scores.
- Explain test formats, scoring criteria, exam strategies, and time management.
- Conduct mock tests and speaking practice sessions.
- Provide detailed feedback on writing and speaking, with practical guidance for improvement.
- Track student attendance, progress, and readiness for the examination.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.

Requirements
- Prior experience teaching IELTS is essential.
- Strong understanding of IELTS Academic test formats and band descriptors.
- Excellent spoken and written English.




- Ability to teach students with different proficiency levels.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and mentoring skills.
- A proven record of helping students achieve their target IELTS scores is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree and relevant English teaching qualifications are preferred.

Salary and Incentive
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Performance incentive: ₹1,000 per student taught by you who achieves an official IELTS Academic overall band score of 7.5 or above, payable after verification of the result.
