- Provide 24x7 support, including weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage for critical production systems
- Support and monitor applications such as JDA/Blue Yonder, XStore, Vertex, ETL, EDI, Robot Scheduler, Tomcat, Infor XA (MAPICS), JD Edwards, and other IBM i-based applications.
- Robust knowledge of IBMi administration, BRMS, high availability solutions, production support and operational best practices is required
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills
- Any experience on AS/400 development will be an added advantage.

- Coordinating with business users, application teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

- Cumulative package installation,
- IBMi OS upgrades,
- Technology Refresh implementations,
- System patching,
- Third-party application installation and upgrades,
- Migration activities
- Post-implementation validation
- User communication regarding the status and estimated resolution times for tickets.
- Documentation of recurring issues and resolutions
- Ensuring compliance with defined SLA s and providing prompt response to user queries.
- Flexible to work in shift hours and providing on call support during weekends and outside working hours as required.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
