IBE Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IBE Analyst to support global business operations, customer order management, contract administration, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate with global teams while ensuring compliance with established business processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute business processes in accordance with established SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
- Manage customer orders from receipt through closure, including procurement, invoicing, and contract completion.
- Maintain project, contract, proposal, and quotation information across business systems throughout the lifecycle.
- Extract, analyze, and publish reports from SAP, IFS, and other business systems for regional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with planning, procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely material availability and project execution.
- Support root cause analysis, audit requirements, and process compliance activities.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive commercial, financial, and technical information.
- Act as a point of contact for process-related queries and customer support activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Order Management, Contract Administration, or a similar role.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and virtual teams.




- Willingness to work in flexible shifts supporting global time zones, including NA/LA regions.
- Strong proficiency in:Data Analytics & Reporting
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Large Data Set Management
- SAP Contracts and Order Entry
- Problem Solving and Query Resolution
- Knowledge of commercial contracts and project operations is preferred.
- Exposure to audits and service contracts is an advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
