Hydro Condition Monitoring Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting both the sales and implementation of our innovative health monitoring product. You will interface with customers, engineering teams, and sales organizations to ensure seamless project execution, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction. Your Role & Responsibilities

- Project Implementation & Coordination: Lead and coordinate the technical discovery process across OT/IT environments, including site assessments, data flow mapping and security posture reviews. Build and manage detailed project and implementation plans, aligned with customer timelines, site constraints, and compliance requirements.

- Engineering & Solution Delivery: Execute hardware and software engineering tasks, including system configuration, electromechanical circuit diagram creation, and integration of condition monitoring systems. Oversee coordination with suppliers, engineers, vendors, and customer IT/OT teams, ensuring modular and standards-compliant solutions.

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare and conduct hands-on testing at sites and laboratories to validate system functionality and integration. Ensure all deliverables meet highest standards, customer requirements, and international guidelines.

- Customer Engagement & Support: Serve as a key customer contact, providing expert technical support from pre-sales to post-implementation. Capture feedback, provide training,



and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Continuous Improvement & Market Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, evolving technologies (mechanics, power electrics, electronics, sensor and measurement technology, signal processing, analysis, and software development), and best practices. Contribute to the continuous development of OnCare.Health solutions and the broader digital product portfolio.

- Sales & Technical Expertise: Support our sales organizations as technical experts during the quotation phase, preparing standardized as well as customized and customer centric solutions. Provide technical guidance, product demonstrations, and address customer requirements to ensure the best-fit solutions.

Your profile

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Automation Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales support, engineering, or digital product implementation, ideally with hands-on project and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of automation and PLC programming, industrial network protocols (Profibus-DP, Modbus, OPC-UA, Profinet, etc.), and experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Engineering Base, Comos).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 50%) and work with international, multidisciplinary teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about delivering customer value through cutting-edge digital solutions.
