Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resource Management Trainer (Telugu). The trainer will conduct online sessions in Telugu on core HR concepts, including HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials and case studies, delivering interactive classes, assessing learner performance, and providing feedback and guidance to participants.





The trainer will collaborate with the SkillDzire team to align content with industry requirements and may be involved in updating curricula based on changing HR trends and regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with practical exposure to HR operations and processes.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Advantages, including compliance, statutory requirements, and best practices.
- Experience in Personnel Management, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to deliver training in Telugu with clear communication and engaging presentation skills.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or corporate HR professional is preferred.
- Comfort with remote teaching tools, learning management systems, and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.
