Role Description The Human Resources Trainee will support daily HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience in an on-site role based in Pune City. This full-time position includes assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting onboarding and induction processes. The trainee will help manage employee documentation, update HR databases, and support compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
The role also involves coordinating training sessions,
assisting with performance management processes, and responding to basic employee queries.
The Human Resources
Trainee will work closely with HR team members to learn best practices, support internal communication, and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources practices, including recruitment support, onboarding, and basic HR administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in handling documentation and data.
- Comfort with using MS Office tools and HR-related software or databases; willingness to learn recent digital tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year enrollment) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Interest in sustainable industries and technology-driven organizations is an advantage.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or administration is beneficial but not mandatory.
