Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Amravati.
The Human Resources
Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, and payroll coordination in alignment with company policies. The role involves managing employee relations, addressing grievances, supporting performance reviews, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The individual will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
The Human Resources
Executive will also collaborate with department heads on workforce planning, recruitment support, training coordination, and other HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with an understanding of hospitality sector requirements.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including experience in onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to handle grievances, support conflict resolution, and maintain a respectful work environment.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including drafting, implementing, and communicating policies in line with legal and organizational standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a postgraduate HR specialization is an advantage.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Prior experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is preferred but not mandatory.
