Role Description

We are looking for an experienced (2-5 years) and people-oriented HR Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Udaipur campus.

This is an individual contributor role , with no team-management responsibility. The HR Manager will independently manage the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, staff engagement, training, performance coordination, and HR administration .

The ideal candidate should understand the unique requirements of hospitality and wellness environments and be capable of hiring the right talent while building a professional, disciplined, and positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

- Independently manage the day-to-day HR function at Rajbagh
- Understand manpower requirements and recruit suitable candidates across hospitality, wellness, medical, and support functions
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selections, onboarding, and joining formalities
- Handle employee grievances, interpersonal issues, and workplace conflicts with fairness and confidentiality
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, and other administrative processes
- Conduct and coordinate training on grooming, etiquette, communication, professional conduct, guest interaction, and workplace discipline




- Work with department heads to identify employee training and development requirements
- Support performance reviews and employee feedback processes
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and team bonding
- Plan interactive activities, celebrations, workshops, and team-building initiatives for staff
- Help create a positive, professional, disciplined, and service-oriented work culture
- Ensure employees understand and follow organizational policies, SOPs, and workplace standards
- Coordinate with management on employee-related matters and provide regular HR updates

- Minimize unresolved employee conflicts and grievances
- Improve staff grooming, etiquette, communication, and professional conduct
