Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Specialist at Kwality Jobs. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, helping implement HR policies, and supporting onboarding activities for selected candidates. The role also involves regular communication with candidates and client HR teams, preparing basic reports,



and ensuring accurate and timely updates in HR systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in talent acquisition and employee lifecycle support.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including basic understanding of compliance and workplace practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, such as maintaining records, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting employee-related processes.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Pursuing or completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
