Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary centre for Child Development & Mental Health, providing in person, virtual, and home based services for children, adolescents, and families.
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join our team in Delhi and build a strong, high-performing, collaborative culture across our multidisciplinary clinical teams.
About Mind Meadow:Our team brings together Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, and other professionals to provide individualized, data-driven care for children with developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.

? Role: Human Resources Manager
? Location: Delhi
? Employment: Full-time | On-site
You will own and strengthen our end-to-end HR function, including:
- Recruitment, talent acquisition & onboarding
- Performance management and employee development
- Employee engagement, retention & culture building
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- HR policies, processes & documentation
- Payroll, attendance, compensation & benefits coordination
- Training and professional development initiatives
- Workforce planning and HR reporting
- Compliance with applicable Indian labour laws
- Supporting leadership on people and organizational strategy
? What We’re Looking For• Proven experience in HR management / HR leadership
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition capabilities
• Experience managing performance, feedback and employee development systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and maturity in handling employee relations
• Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
• Strong HR administration, documentation and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong confidentiality and professional judgment
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Experience in healthcare, education, mental health, or social services is preferred
