About the Role
Expertbells is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Manager to manage our people operations and help build a robust, high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
- Handle attendance, leave, employee records, and HR operations.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace discipline.
- Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Ensure smooth joining, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Work closely with management on team and people-related matters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
