Position: HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage and strengthen HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and overall people practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Handle performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
- Work closely with management and department heads on people-related matters.





Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, automobile, or industrial organization.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and labour compliance.
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and HRMS systems.
