Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations and company standards, support workforce planning for logistics and operations teams, and coordinate training and development initiatives. Daily tasks include advising managers on HR issues, handling employee queries and grievances,



maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting organizational culture and engagement activities. The role collaborates closely with leadership to ensure HR practices effectively support business goals in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in talent acquisition and recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Proficiency in compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
- Capabilities in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements relevant to operations in Kochi and India.
- Ability to design and coordinate training, development, and onboarding programs.
- Solid organizational, time management, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
