Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Inteelabs is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The role involves partnering with leadership to design and execute talent strategies, support workforce planning, and maintain compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR documentation, handling employee queries, coordinating training and development initiatives, driving engagement programs, and supporting compensation and advantages administration.
The Human Resources
Manager also contributes to building a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Inteelabs’ mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policies relevant to India-based operations.
- Experience in designing and implementing training, development, and engagement programs.
- Ability to manage HR data, documentation, and basic HRIS tools with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or related science-driven industries is beneficial.
