Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement.
The Human Resources
Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, support compliance with labor laws and company standards, and serve as a key point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution. The role involves collaborating with management to identify workforce needs, plan training and development initiatives, and contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.

Manager will also maintain accurate HR records,
manage HR reporting, and support organizational growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace safety and employee well-being.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, record-keeping, and use of HR software or HRIS tools to manage data and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
