Role OverviewThe HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll support, employee relations, and compliance. This is a hands-on generalist role suited to someone who enjoys variety and works well across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews,



and offer rollout
- Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance/accounts
- Address employee queries and grievances; support employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and HR policy implementation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Maintain and update HR MIS reports

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; HRMS software knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
