We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible Female HR Executive to join our growing team at Parth Skills.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, practical HR knowledge, and the ability to manage recruitment as well as day-to-day employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate between employees and management for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle employee queries and support a positive workplace environment.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment databases.
- Assist management with HR policies, performance tracking, and employee engagement activities.




- Coordinate with different departments to understand their hiring and workforce requirements.

Candidate Requirements

✓ Minimum 1 year of experience in HR / Recruitment

✓ Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred

✓ Valuable English and Hindi communication skills

✓ Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills

✓ Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

✓ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets & Docs

✓ Good coordination and follow-up skills

✓ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently

✓ Candidates from Sanganer or nearby Jaipur areas will be preferred
