Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, and HR record maintenance. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating engagement activities, and assisting in performance management processes.

Executive will help implement HR policies and procedures,



ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with management and staff to foster a positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications

- Robust Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR functions.
- Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR information systems.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and statutory compliance relevant to the local and national context.
- Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns and support a healthy work environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the education or technology sector is beneficial, along with proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
