Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Gurgaon.

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and exit processes, and supporting payroll and attendance management in coordination with relevant teams. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting performance management and appraisal cycles.

Executive will also handle employee relations, including addressing queries and concerns, supporting engagement initiatives, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. In addition, the role may support recruitment activities, coordinate training and development programs, and collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.

Experience required: 1-2 years

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources, including Human Resources (HR)



and HR Management skills.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, compliance, and coordination with payroll and administration.
- Expereince working on HRMS, attendance , biometric softwares.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, including drafting, updating, and implementing policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to, handle queries, support conflict resolution, and promote employee engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems; familiarity with HR documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and professionalism in a high-responsibility environment
