Role Description The Human Resources Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for advising clients on HR strategies, policies, and best practices. Day-to-day tasks include assessing HR frameworks, developing and updating HR policies, and providing guidance on employee relations issues such as performance management, conflict resolution, and engagement.

The role involves ensuring clients’ HR practices align with relevant labor and employment laws, supporting compliance, and mitigating risk.

Consultant will collaborate with client leadership teams to design workforce solutions, support talent management initiatives, and prepare reports and recommendations that drive sustainable people practices. This role also requires ongoing communication with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored HR consulting support.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting diverse organizations.
- Strong understanding of HR Policies, including development, implementation, and review of guidelines and procedures.
- Proven capability in Employee Relations, addressing workplace issues, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliant practices and advising on regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate HR concepts into practical solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in HR consulting or advisory roles; background in recruitment or organizational development is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is beneficial.
