Accurate Group of Institutions is looking for a responsible and experienced HR Executive to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen and shortlist candidates for various positions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave records and routine HR coordination
- Complete exit formalities, clearances and documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience




- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and exit processes
- Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
- Organised, professional and capable of maintaining confidentiality
- Experience in an educational institution will be preferred
- Must be comfortable commuting to Greater Noida daily
- Candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate will be preferred
