Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.

- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fitment with requirements.

- Shortlist suitable candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure smooth interview process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).

- MbA in HR from a valuable college).

- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technologies like Java, Python, React JS etc. .

- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salaries effectively.
