Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and other platforms.

- Generate and manage relevant candidate profiles.

- Communicate with candidates and conduct regular follow-ups.

- Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

- Meet assigned sourcing and conversion targets.

- Support the HR team in recruitment-related activities.
