About Role:

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll processing, learning and development, HR policies, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and applicable labour laws, along with the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle performance reviews, employee engagement,



and grievance management.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR data and generate reports on attrition, retention, and other HR metrics.
- Manage HR systems and tools, with Zoho experience preferred.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee-related requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS; Zoho experience preferred.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple HR activities effectively.
