Role Description The Human Resource Officer Intern at HK Technical will support day-to-day HR operations in a work from home environment. This internship role involves assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and supporting the development and updating of job descriptions for various roles within the organization. The intern will help implement HR policies and procedures, assist in handling basic employee inquiries, and support the coordination of remote onboarding activities.





Additional responsibilities may include contributing to employee engagement initiatives, collecting feedback, and preparing simple HR reports under the guidance of senior HR staff.

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Development to assist in creating, updating, and communicating HR guidelines and role profiles.

- Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Candidates should ideally be pursuing or have completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with interest in Ed-Tech or digital platforms considered an advantage.
