We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals and other platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and employees.
Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage
