Job Summary

As an HR Business Partner Intern, youll gain hands-on exposure to regional HR operations, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder partnering, and people analytics while working closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and validate employee master data across the employee lifecycle.

- Support onboarding, documentation, and HRIS data management.

- Track employee attendance, leave, and regional HR records.

- Assist in preparing HR dashboards for attrition, attendance, and escalations.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities, town halls, and communication initiatives.

- Support grievance handling by ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.

- Partner with regional HRBPs to provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders.

- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

What Were Looking For

- Graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.





- Strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- Comfortable working with data, trackers, and presentations.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
