The project:

This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards across assigned projects.
- Lead audit and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate inspections, audits and performance monitoring to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
- Manage incident investigations, corrective actions and mitigation plans to strengthen operational performance.
- Develop effective stakeholder relationships and provide guidance to support a positive safety culture.
- Contribute to net zero carbon objectives through the proactive management of carbon impacts and sustainable delivery practices.

You’ll need to have:

- Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
- Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
- Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.




- Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
