About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR professional with robust experience in HR Generalist and HR Operations functions. The role will be responsible for managing key HR activities and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure smooth, effective, and timely delivery of HR services.

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Manage key HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring timely.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.




- Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR queries with a solution-oriented approach.
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with managers and business teams to provide timely and effective HR support.

Experience

- Experience Required 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist role.

& Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

Required Skills

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and hands-on approach.
