The candidate should be comfortable interacting with people, expressing themselves clearly, making recruitment calls, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally are essential for this role.
